Shipping & Returns Information

VisionScience Software, Inc. has a 30 day return policy from ship date on all things purchased. Any returned item must be in the condition in which it was shipped.

Returned software will be subject to a $75 restocking fee. Returned hardware including computers, wall mounts, keyboards etc will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
