YOUR LOGIN NAME AND PASSWORD ARE ON THE BOTTOM,
LEFT, INSIDE COVER OF YOUR ACUITY PRO CD JEWEL CASE.
Be sure to carefully enter the Registration Code that was
generated by the Acuity Pro software.
This Registration Code will be three letters followed by several numbers.
(example: ICD - 842434)
To obtain a new Activation Key, fill in all the fields. To see a list
of Activation Keys previously issued, just fill in the login name
and Password.
