Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
Please note: we do not offer exchanges. To replace or upgrade an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted.
